Does Eveline Cosmetics test on animals?
No, Eveline Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on our finished products or ingredients, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetics that have been opened or used.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are dermatologically tested and formulated for sensitive skin. We recommend checking the ingredient list on the product page or performing a patch test before full application.
